This project is my commentary on the ways social media and digital interactions have changed how we connect with one another. Personal correspondence has evolved from handwriting on paper to pixels on screens; the former is often considered personal and private, while digital messages are subject to reproduction and never really go away. This digital interface uses traditional letter-writing as a catalyst for creating remixed social messages. Users are invited to be participating voyeurs, reading and changing the letters to combine writings from others with their own words. Images may be dropped in from other web pages. New texts can be dragged, edited and layered, then printed or saved.
