I’m intrigued that: The food we eat tells a story about where and how we live. The foods we eat can hold powerful personal and emotional memories. Food is used to comfort and to celebrate. Food is essential for physical nourishment but is also tethered to spiritual nourishment.
My food illustrations celebrate humble food subjects, and explore idioms, colloquialisms and cultural differences. The SCOTLAND series explores my food experiences and observations from a recent trip to Scotland.
